Andrew B. Albert is a member of the Distribution Solutions Group Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors of Lawson Products since 2009. He brings to DSG’s Board a career in banking, private equity investment and manufacturing spanning four decades.
Mr. Albert has been Managing Director and Operating Partner of Svoboda Capital Partners LLC, a private equity investment firm, since 2007. From 2000 to 2006, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nashua Corporation, a manufacturer and converter of specialty paper products and toner. His background in strategic planning, capital markets, valuation and financial matters contributes a unique set of skills to the Board. He also served as non-executive Chairman of Nashua’s Board of Directors from 2006 through 2009. Mr. Albert is a Director on the Boards of Transco, Inc., the Parkinson’s Foundation and the Advisory Board of the University of Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Center.
Mr. Albert has a BA from Washington University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
