Chairman & CEO
J. Bryan King, CFA is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Distribution Solution Group. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Lawson Products in 2017 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board. He has a career in investment management spanning over three decades and has served as Chairman or managing partner of several industrial distribution companies.
Mr. King is a Principal of Luther King Capital Management Corporation (“LKCM”), an SEC-registered investment adviser with approximately $25.7 billion of assets under management as of March 31, 2022, and Founder and Managing Partner of LKCM Capital Group and LKCM Headwater Investments, the private capital investment group of LKCM. On April 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. King to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lawson Products, Inc., effective May 1, 2022, which is in addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. King has acted as an investment manager responsible for lower middle market investments in public and private companies since 1994. Those private capital focused partnerships manage in excess of $2 billion of flexible capital focused on long-term investment strategies to drive shareholder value through building more profitable and durable businesses. The investment team and their affiliates represent approximately 30% of the capital in the partnerships, and outside capital is predominantly limited to taxable investors with prior significant experience building businesses similar to those in which LKCM invests. In 2003, Mr. King established the LKCM Distribution Holdings advisory board of operating partners, key limited partners, and relevant thought leaders to support LKCM Capital Group and its affiliates’ investment activities in value-added distribution and related service offerings. In specialty distribution, Mr. King has Chaired and/or been the Managing Partner with direct controlling oversight of Lawson, TestEquity, Gexpro Services, Relevant Industrial Solutions, Critical Rental Solutions, Commercial Buildings Solution, Industrial Distribution Group (IDG), Rawson, and Golden State Medical Supply, and most recently added ERIKS North American assets, including Lewis-Goetz. He also has served in various capacities, including Chairman, on and alongside of many other boards of both public and private companies, as well as numerous not for profit and community organizations. Mr. King graduated from Princeton University, where he was a varsity athlete and today serves on the advisory board for the Princeton University Museum of Art. He also graduated from Harvard Business School, as well as Texas Christian University where he serves on the Executive Committee of Trustees, and chairs the Investment Committee with oversight over the Endowment, and previously chaired the Fiscal Affairs, and Audit and Risk Management committees.

Ron Knutson

Ron Knutson is the EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Distribution Solution Group. In addition, he serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lawson Products. He joined Lawson Products in 2009, bringing extensive financial expertise across public and private companies within the distribution, transportation and retail sectors.
Mr. Knutson directs all financial operations for both Distribution Solutions Group and Lawson Products, including internal and external Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, relationships with the banking and financial analyst communities, working directly with the Board on audit, finance and compensation related matters and overseeing the Company’s enterprise risk management process. During his tenure at Lawson Mr. Knutson has driven many of the key strategic initiatives, including network optimization, ERP implementation and sales channel transformation to rebuild the financial strength of the Company. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President and CFO of Frozen Foods Express Industries, Vice President of Finance at Ace Hardware Corporation, CFO and Treasurer at Mascal Electric and Senior Manager at KPMG.
Mr. Knutson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

M. Bradley Wallace

M. Brad Wallace is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments where he is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing and analyzing new investment opportunities, leading seller and lender negotiations, closing portfolio company investments, and overseeing the implementation of post-transaction operational initiatives. Mr. Wallace currently serves on the boards of Alliance Consumer Group, Gexpro Services, and Pavement Maintenance Group. As an investment professional for LKCM Capital Group, he served for two years as the Chief Financial Officer for a $200M retail chain, where he was responsible for restructuring the business and integration of several acquisitions subsequent to LKCM Capital Group’s initial purchase of the assets out of bankruptcy.
Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Wallace served as Principal and Portfolio Manager for KBK Capital, where he served on the investment committee and was responsible for senior debt, mezzanine and private equity transactions. While at KBK, he served as a Director and interim Chief Executive Officer of a food manufacturing and distribution company, overseeing the restructuring of its management.
Mr. Wallace began his career in finance as an originator and manager of $100 million factoring and asset-based lending portfolio. Mr. Wallace graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration, with the honor of Top Scholar, from Texas Christian University.

Jacob D. Smith serves as Principal, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of LKCM and is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments. Mr. Smith currently serves on the boards of ARCHER Systems, Independent Insurance Group, and Buckhorn Water Services. He has responsibility for oversight of legal, structuring, operational, investment and other matters associated with the private equity and other alternative asset strategies offered by LKCM and LKCM Headwater Investments.
Prior to joining LKCM in 2006, Mr. Smith was an Enforcement Attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He previously was a corporate/securities attorney with Haynes and Boone, LLP.
Mr. Smith received his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the Southern Methodist University School of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Arkansas.

Andrew D. Zacharias is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments. Mr. Zacharias currently serves on the boards of Relevant Solutions, TestEquity, Resource Minerals, Building Controls & Solutions, Relevant Rental and RPS along with several civic and charitable boards in Fort Worth.
Mr. Zacharias previously served as Vice President for Pacesetter Capital Group, executing and managing private equity and mezzanine debt investments in the media, manufacturing and service sectors. Prior to joining Pacesetter, he served as the CFO and COO of Street Advisor, an independent equity research provider. Prior to Street Advisor, he was in the Corporate Finance Group at Bear Stearns where he focused on equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and private placements across numerous industries in the Southwest US. While in undergraduate school, Mr. Zacharias started his career in finance as an intern analyst for two years for LKCM.
Mr. Zacharias graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. He completed a joint Masters of Business Administration and Masters in Engineering Management fellowship at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he received the distinction of Austin Scholar. Mr. Zacharias is a candidate for the Turnaround Management Association’s Certified Turnaround Professional Designation (CTP).

Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Settle was a Financial Analyst in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Citigroup in Houston, where he focused on M&A advisory work and public capital raises within the energy industry. Mr. Settle started his career in finance as an intern analyst for LKCM.
Mr. Settle graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University.

Cesar Lanuza

Cesar Lanzuna is President & Chief Executive Officer of Lawson Products. He joined the Company in 2022 in his current capacity. He brings a combined 30 years of global experience and is a multi-cultural and bi-lingual leader, who most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Jon-Don, LLC. Prior to this position, he served as President for North America and Asia Pacific at Optimas OE Solutions, LLC and previously as Vice President/General Manager at W.W. Grainger, Inc. where he also served in various senior-level positions for more than 10 years, located in North America and South America. Lanuza has also held multiple cross-functional roles at General Electric-Healthcare and United Technologies. He earned an engineering degree from Universidad Internacional de las Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica and an MBA from INCAE Business School. Cesar resides in the Chicago area with his wife, and he has two sons.
Robert H. Connors

Robert Connors is President & CEO of Gexpro Services and serves on its Board of Directors. In his role, he leads a world-class global Supply Chain Services and C-Parts business that provides comprehensive end to end supply chain management solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers, Aftermarket and Field Installations. He joined the company in 2004. Prior to his current position, Mr. Connors held key executive leadership roles with Rexel Holdings USA and General Electric, including Division President and General Manager at GE Supply Logistics, General Manager Sales GE Transmission & Distribution and Region Sales Manager for GE Industrial Systems Automation, Technology & Services. In addition, he held several field leadership roles serving as Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Sales leader with GE Supply during his 18-year career with General Electric.
Mr. Connors holds a B.S. degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics from Northeastern University.

Russ Frazee
President & Chief Executive Officer, Test Equity
As the President & Chief Executive Officer of Test Equity, Russ Frazee is responsible for running all facets of the business. Russ has a proven executive management track record and over 26 years of experience driving organic and inorganic growth in industrial distribution. Prior to joining TestEquity, Russ spent 17 years as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for FCX Performance, a specialty flow control, instrumentation, and services business, responsible for all operational aspects and acquisitions at the company. At FCX he led the transformation from a small distributor to a platform company with over 30 locations and $650 million in sales. Russ also served as Vice President of distribution for CompuServe, a $1.2 billion online services company. Russ earned a BS degree at Ohio Dominican University and a MBA from Franklin University.

I. Steven Edelson is a member of the Distribution Solutions Group Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors of Lawson Products since 2009. He joined Lawson’s Board following two decades spent in private equity and real estate development.
Mr. Edelson has served as co-founder and now a non-Managing Director of International Facilities Group, a leading facilities development and management company, since June 1995. Mr. Edelson is the founding principal of IFG Development Group, which provides development advisory services, as well as acts in a development capacity in multiple areas of the real estate industry. Mr. Edelson also serves as Principal and Managing Director of The Mercantile Capital Group, a Chicago-based private equity investment firm. Mr. Edelson is a co founder of GFRB llc., a global distribution company that specializes in supply chain optimization. Mr. Edelson is a Director of Bionanosim a leading drug delivery and drug discovery company based in Israel. Mr. Edelson is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Mr. Edelson is a Trustee at the Truman Institute for Peace and is the proud recipient of the 2005 Ellis Island Congressional Medal of Honor. In 2014, Mr. Edelson became a NACD Board Leadership Fellow.

Lee S. Hillman

Lee S. Hillman is a member of the Distribution Solutions Group Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors of Lawson Products since 2004. He brings to DSG a career in management, consulting, accounting, finance including distribution expertise honed in several board positions and while the CEO of two specialty health and exercise equipment distributors. Mr. Hillman has served as President of Liberation Advisory Group, a private management consulting firm, since 2003. Mr. Hillman has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Performance Health Systems, LLC, a business distributing Power Plate® and bioDensity® branded, specialty health and exercise equipment since 2012, and its predecessor since 2009. From February 2006 to May 2008, Mr. Hillman served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Power Plate International (“Power Plate”) and from 2004 through 2006 as CEO of Power Plate North America. Previously, from 1996 through 2002, Mr. Hillman was CEO of Bally Total Fitness Corporation, then the world’s largest fitness membership club business. Mr. Hillman serves as a member of the board of Franklin BSP Lending Corporation, Franklin BSP Capital Corporation and Franklin BSP Private Credit Fund where he serves as chairman of the Audit Committees. Mr. Hillman also serves as a member of the board of directors and chair of the Audit Committee of Franklin BSP Multifamily Trust, Inc. Previously he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of HealthSouth Corporation, Wyndham International, RCN Corporation (where he was Chairman of the Board), Bally Total Fitness Corporation (where he was Chairman of the Board), HC2 Holdings, Inc. and Professional Diversity Network as well as Trustee of the Adelphia Recovery Trust. Mr. Hillman’s previous experience in finance and accounting, capital markets, compensation planning and strategic development provides a broad ranging skill set to guide the Company. Mr. Hillman holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago. Mr. Hillman is a Certified Public Accountant and former audit partner with Ernst & Young.
Mark F. Moon

Mark F. Moon is a member of the Distribution Solutions Group Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors of Lawson Products since 2019. He has served as President of MFM Advisory Services since 2016 and as an advisor and operating partner for Luther King Capital Management and Bertram Capital since 2016 and 2018, respectively. In 2016, Mr. Moon joined the Board of Directors for BearCom LLC, which is the largest value-added distributor of two-way radio communications and solutions. Mr. Moon also serves on the Board of Directors for TestEquity LLC, which is the premier value-added distributor of electronic test and measurement solutions and eMRO tools and supplies. Mr. Moon served for more than thirty years with Motorola Solutions, Inc. from 1985 until 2016. During this time, he held a variety of leadership roles culminating in the responsibility for leading 10,000+ employees located in 100+ countries. Prior to his retirement, he served as President with responsibilities for the strategy of the company and leading all aspects of global operations including Sales and Marketing, Product Research and Development, Software and Services, and Supply Chain. In addition, Mr. Moon served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vertex Standard, as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and as a member of the Advisory Board of the Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Industrial and Systems Engineering where he was named to the Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni in 2014.

Bianca A. Rhodes

Bianca A. Rhodes is a member of the Distribution Solutions Group Board of Directors. She joined the Lawson Board of Directors in 2021 bringing her strong financial knowledge and operational experience to guide both DSG and Lawson on strategic growth objectives. She has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Knight Aerospace Medical Systems, LLC, a global leader in custom air medical transport products, since 2014. Prior to that time, she founded CrossRhodes Consulting where she advised private enterprises on financial and operating issues helping them to raise capital and structure buyouts while also managing a family real estate business. Ms. Rhodes began her career as a commercial banker with the National Bank of Commerce in San Antonio and later joined TexCom Management Services, a computer leasing company. At TexCom she was instrumental in the sale of the Company to Intelogic Trace (NYSE:IT) where she became the CFO. Additionally, she has served as CFO of Kinetics Concepts Inc. (NASDAQ:KNCI), a global corporation that produces medical technology for wounds and wound healing. During her tenure there, she engineered a successful turnaround, significantly increasing the company’s value, prior to going private.

Craig Schilling
Chief Financial Officer, Gexpro Services
Craig Schilling is the Chief Financial Officer at Gexpro Services. In his role he is responsible for overseeing all the financial operations, monitoring cash flow and reviewing strategic plans to improve the company’s overall financial performance.
Prior to joining Gexpro Services, Mr. Schilling held multiple roles including CFO at Electrical Source Holdings (Nabco); VP Finance and FP&A Manager at Rexel USA; Vice President – FP&A at JPMorgan Chase. He has completed multiple acquisitions and worked with existing PE partners on the successful sale to a larger PE firm. He has 25 years of experience in the Distribution Industry.
Mr. Schilling holds a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
Prior to joining Gexpro Services, Mr. Schilling held multiple roles including CFO at Electrical Source Holdings (Nabco); VP Finance and FP&A Manager at Rexel USA; Vice President – FP&A at JPMorgan Chase. He has completed multiple acquisitions and worked with existing PE partners on the successful sale to a larger PE firm. He has 25 years of experience in the Distribution Industry.

Mark Riordan
Chief Financial Officer, Test Equity
As Chief Financial Officer, Mark Riordan is responsible for the Finance & Accounting Team and the Business Information/Pricing Team at Test Equity Group. Mark has over 25 years of U.S. and International experience as a financial executive at industry leading private companies and public Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, American Express, Novartis, and FCX Performance. Mark was most recently the CFO of Kimberly-Clark’s $8 Billion North American consumer business where he focused on business strategy, building a world class finance team, and accelerating the growth of the business. Mark holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Robert S. Zamarripa founded OneSource Distributors in 1983, serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 2013. OneSource is a leading electrical, utility and industrial automation distributor in the United States and Mexico. OneSource is recognized as an industry leader in providing technology driven value and supply chain services to its customers. Additionally, OneSource was recognized as the fifth largest Hispanic owned business in the United States by Hispanic Business Magazine in 2011. OneSource was ranked as one of the top 20 largest Electrical Distributors in the United States in 2011 by Electrical Wholesale Magazine. Mr. Zamarripa has served on the Board of Directors for Flow Control Group (2021 - present), SourceAlliance.com (1990 - 1992) and IMARK Group (2008 - 2012). Additionally, Mr. Zamarripa has served in advisory board positions for the following electrical, industrial and automation equipment manufacturers: Rockwell Automation, Eaton Corporation, General Electric Company, Hoffman Engineering, Hubbell Inc., Thomas and Betts Corporation, ABB and Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. In addition, Mr. Zamarripa served as a strategic advisor to a special committee of the Company’s Board of Directors in connection with the Company’s business combination with TestEquity and Gexpro Services. These professional experiences along with knowledge and experience acquired in managing and leading distribution firms, qualify Mr. Zamarripa to serve as a Director. He has served on the Board of Directors since November 2022.
